Molten Glass V-Shaped Art Vase on Wood

This molten glass V-shaped art vase combines hand-blown recycled glass with natural Balinese gamal wood, creating a sculptural piece that blends organic materials with refined craftsmanship. Made by hand in Bali, the glass is blown while molten and gently relaxed directly over the wood, where it cools and hardens to the shape of the base beneath it.

The result is a seamless fit between glass and wood, with flowing contours shaped by heat, gravity, and the natural grain of the gamal root. Each vase is crafted using traditional hand tools, ensuring subtle variations in form, texture, and detail that make every piece individual.

Designed as both decorative and functional, this vase can be used for house plants, zen-style displays, floating candles, or as a standalone art piece. Its V-shaped profile adds visual interest while maintaining a balanced, natural appearance suited to modern and earthy interiors.
