Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error, in which case we will cover the return cost.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@ashtonandfinch.com. Once your return request is approved, items should be sent to:

Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unmarked, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods
• Personal care items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

Please note: personalised or custom-made items can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged on arrival, as they are made specifically to your request.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

We will notify you when your returned item has been received and inspected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at customerservice@ashtonandfinch.com.
