Shipping policy
All orders are processed and dispatched from the United Kingdom by Silver Trend (UK) Ltd – Trading as Ashton and Finch. We aim to provide clear delivery timeframes and transparent shipping charges for all customers.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery (2–3 Working Days) – £2.99 on orders under £49.99
- Standard Delivery (2–3 Working Days) – FREE on orders over £49.99
Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK bank holidays.
Delivery Notifications
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. This will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
International Delivery
We currently ship internationally to the United States only.

Shipping Methods
All orders are dispatched via trusted UK carriers including Royal Mail and Evri. The carrier used may vary depending on the size, weight, or destination of your order.
Delays
Most orders arrive within the stated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or seasonal demand. If we become aware of any delay affecting your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.
In rare cases where demand exceeds our processing capacity, dispatch may be delayed by one additional working day. When this happens, orders are prioritised for urgent dispatch.
Delivery to Business Addresses
We are happy to deliver to residential, business, or workplace addresses. If providing a business address, please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during normal working hours.
