Swimming Pen – I’d Rather Be Swimming

This swimming pen carries ‘I’d Rather Be Swimming’ in dark engraving along a light wooden barrel. Silver-coloured fittings and a pocket clip give it a simple appearance, leaving the message easy to read. It belongs with the swimmer’s dry-land notes and plans.

Choose it for someone who likes to record sessions, set goals or keep a diary of their time in the water. A notebook alongside it can give them room for lengths, distances or memories of a favourite swimming spot. The wording expresses the wish to be swimming without tying the design to a particular pool, club or type of event.

The gallery shows a black drawstring pouch and diagrams of the pen’s components. It has a replaceable refill with a 1 mm writing tip and measures 14.5 cm long by 1.1 cm wide. A push button extends and retracts the tip. Keep it with ordinary stationery away from wet kit, and match a new refill to the existing component when replacement is needed.
