The fabled Rosemary Essential Oil is distilled from the flowers, stems and leaves of the plant. British Pharmacopoeia claims the oil from the flowering tops is of the highest quality, versus that from stems and leaves (where almost all commercial oils are obtained). The scent of this oil is woodsy and herbal and is used to awaken and invigorate the mind! Helps in wound healing, cold and flu remedies, fatigue, digestive issues, headaches, asthma, bronchitis, gout, rheumatism, liver & gall bladder issues, water retention, and bad circulation. For massages, mix with base oils like almond, apricot kernel, or hazelnut oil. Great for hair too, as it increases scalp circulation and encourages growth. Internal use not recommended, and avoid it if you're pregnant
