The communication with Ashton & Finch for me was shocking. I ordered my item on a 3 working day delivery. 2 weeks later and I’d heard nothing, so I tried to contact them. This was unsuccessful, so I made a complaint to Klarna who withheld the payments immediately. Ashton & Finch then magically sent me a delivery date, which was still incorrect and the item arrived over 3wks since ordered and I missed the recipients birthday. The item itself is basic and cheap, I suppose you get what you pay for, so from my experience, save your time and money, buy elsewhere. PS: It’s now been 5wks and Ashton & Finch have only contacted me to leave feedback, nobody from customer services have been in touch with an explanation or apology, very dissatisfied.
